The art of styling a space is the delicate balance between adding elements that will create a cozy atmosphere while not taking away of the natural, beautiful qualities that the space itself has to offer. It is just like adding jewelry, but knowing exactly which one to pick. This yacht got magnificent qualities, but lacked the warmth of textures. There was going to be a photo session shoot coming up, and I got asked to put something together fairly quickly. Sometimes, getting into the very tiny details of things can make a huge impact on a space. Having folds perfectly done, or simply taking the time to get more textures into the space. The idea was to set a clear image to the future, charter clients, of what the yacht has to offer: elegance, coziness and delicious feasts onboard. All while enjoying a splendid day at sea.
